The Downstairs Bathroom - Prior to Renovation

Seems small at first, but once the tub is removed and the wall pushed out to make room for a shower where the water heater is currently rusting outside, this downstairs bathroom should be fine.


The room will be gutted and the plumbing redone to accommodate the master bathroom plumbing in the add on room above. (see 3d Renderings).

And oh yeah.. the yellow seat is already long gone!
